At Luxsleek en Blues, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the claim and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Lost Packages:
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
Change of Mind:
Due to the nature of our products and international shipping, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.
Order Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing or shipment has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
